The TAFE Services Coordinator is a key position within the Regional Business Group, responsible for coordinating and facilitating on-site services. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to establish relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate on-site services, including student services and property logistics
  • Work collaboratively with Corporate partners to ensure excellence in service experience
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, staff, and community members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and staff
  • Manage competing priorities and work independently to achieve goals

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills and experience
  • Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to align with TAFE operating hours
