Job Title: Freelance Delivery Expert

About this Role:

We are seeking an independent contractor who is self-motivated, punctual and experienced in making bulky deliveries. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for bringing joy to our customers' lives by delivering their shopping items safely and efficiently.

You will work from our state-of-the-art distribution centre where you will be required to pick up pre-staged products, deliver them safely to customers and remove old appliances and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up pre-staged products from our warehouse and safely secure them in your own modern pantech (5-6 tonne with tail lift).
  • Use our mobile app to coordinate daily deliveries and keep customers updated on arrival times.
  • Deliver kitchen, laundry, furniture and fitness items to customers and ensure they are installed correctly.
  • Remove old appliances and packaging, supported by our dedicated recycling team.
Requirements:
  • A well-presented, 5-6 tonne pantech with a tail lift is essential.
  • You must be Pty Ltd, with current marine cargo and public liability insurance.
  • You should bring along your trusted offsider to get the job done smoothly.
  • GREAT communication, a positive attitude and top-notch customer focus are a must.
  • You should be self-motivated, punctual and experienced with bulky deliveries (bonus points).
