About the Opportunity

Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Aquatic Services Team Leader to join our team in Rosebud. As a key member of our aquatic services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a passionate team of swim school professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality swim programs to schools across the Mornington Peninsula, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to Belgravia's standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a talented team of aquatic professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the swim school, including lesson planning, staff scheduling, and facility management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial performance, participant numbers, and retention rates, to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a swim school environment, with a proven track record of leadership and program management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aquatic programming, including curriculum development and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
