Aquatic Program Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Services Coordinator to join our team at Yawa Aquatic Centre in Rosebud, VIC.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality aquatic programming to the community. As an Aquatic Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and operating the swim school and related services, leading a team of Aquatic Services Officers/Swim Teachers, and ensuring the delivery of swim school programs meets the highest standards.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a swim school environment and possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence. A current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate, National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and Swim Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety are also essential requirements for this role.
A competitive salary package is on offer, including an attractive annual salary of $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience. You will also have access to all leisure facilities on the Mornington Peninsula as part of your employment benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and promote the GOSwim program in line with Belgravia Leisure standards
- Develop and execute plans to maximize participation and improve service delivery
- Maintain budgets and prepare required reports
- Manage and lead a team of Aquatic Services Officers/Swim Teachers
