Relief Store Manager Opportunity

Are you a results-driven professional seeking a challenging role with opportunities for growth and development?

This Relief Store Manager position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and have excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong attention to detail. They will also be adaptable, flexible, and willing to travel to various locations within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including customer service, stock management, and facilities maintenance
  • Work closely with the Store Management team to cover gaps in rosters and provide support as needed
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • Current full driver's license and access to vehicle
  • Forklift license desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work on Saturdays when required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
