About the Role

This dynamic role lets you grow your skills across various customer-facing, administrative, and operational tasks.

  • Provide support to our guests with queries, problem-solving, and maintaining smooth operations.
  • Face-to-face interactions with customers and the public.
Critical Responsibilities:
  • Respond, document, and process guest requests via phone, email, chat, or mobile devices.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and connect calls to the right extension.
  • Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
  • Log all guest requests or issues into our system, contact the right team or department, and follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met.
  • Inform guests about room features, property amenities, and local attractions.
  • Process room service orders, answer questions on menu selection, and record transactions in our point-of-sale system.
  • Assist guests with internet access and guestroom entertainment.
  • Test communication equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Deliver items such as rollaway beds, refrigerators, towels, robes, and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Provide complimentary essentials like toothpaste, razors, and shampoo.
  • Deliver messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, sundry items, gifts, and other items to guest rooms.
  • Deliver food, beverages, or other amenities and assemble orders for guests to take with them.
  • Deliver linens, toiletries, and other requested items to guest rooms.Requirements:
