New Home Construction Superintendent

This is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring high-quality service to clients.

We are seeking ambitious and skilled Residential Construction Superintendents with 3 or more years of experience in this field. Our Superintendents play a vital role in ensuring that all work is completed on time, meeting quality and safety standards.

  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Foster professional relationships with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and team members.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as robust organizational and time-management abilities.
