Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Join oOh Media, a leading operator in Australia and New Zealand's fast-growing Out Of Home advertising industry, as a Warehouse Supervisor. We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of stock and consumables while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including ordering, receiving, and distribution of goods.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards, including the Warehouse Traffic Management Plan.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through data entry, stocktakes, and audits.
  • Oversee picking and packing of stock.
  • Optimize space utilization and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure stock and chemicals are stored in accordance with safety standards and SDSs.
  • Prepare reporting on stock levels, stocktakes, and trends.
  • Plan for future capacity requirements.
  • Ensure all equipment is registered and safety inspected in accordance with OHS requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
  • Understanding of OHS requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
