Light Vehicle Mechanic Vacancy

A vacancy exists for a skilled and experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our busy workshop in Goulburn.

The primary role of the Light Vehicle Mechanic is to diagnose and fix problems with critical components, including communication with drivers. You will also be required to perform tasks efficiently and professionally, prioritizing your workload and meeting deadlines.

  • Having an Automotive (Light Vehicle) Trade Qualification is essential for this position.
  • As a skilled mechanic, you should be well organized and able to prioritize your workload.
  • Possessing a strong work ethic, being self-motivated, and able to take and follow instructions are key attributes for success in this role.
  • Experience in diagnostic work, locating faults, and completing repairs is crucial for this position.
  • Accurate recording of job paperwork and associated details is vital for the success of our business.
  • Current First Aid and Driver's Licence qualifications are mandatory for this role.

While experience with light diesel and 4WD vehicles is advantageous, it is not essential for this position.
