Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients from all age groups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Key Workers, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Allied Health Assistants.
- Professional Development (PD) opportunities, including regular sessions, an online learning hub, guest speakers, and leadership development programs.
- Ongoing supervision, paired with a dedicated supervisor for one hour of weekly individual guidance.
- Opportunities for career advancement, including moving into supervisory and leadership roles.
- Flexible work arrangements, including full-time or part-time positions, varied schedules, and adaptable work environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
