Job Overview

The Casual Technical Officer role is part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the continued operation of equipment in campus studios and facilities.

This position involves monitoring work health and safety, providing technical support and assistance to students during practical sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing audio and film technology support to students
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring smooth operations in studio environments
  • Monitoring work health and safety protocols
  • Assisting students with technical issues during practical sessions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong skills and experience in audio and film technologies and software. You should also have technical expertise in audio, music production, and/or filmmaking within professional studio environments.

A degree qualification or equivalent is preferred, along with related industry experience. Additionally, you should be able to learn new technical skills quickly and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and student support.
