Job Summary

This role involves coordinating the technical aspects of events to create memorable experiences for clients. Key responsibilities include staging efficient and safe services within venues, building strong relationships with venue management and clients, and advising on audio-visual equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating event logistics, including crew rosters and schedules.
  • Briefing clients and venue staff on equipment needs and capabilities.
  • Ensuring smooth event running through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue in applicable venues.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in events or sales environments.
  • Relevant experience in audio-visual technology.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to build meaningful business relationships.
