This position is a vital part of the finance team, responsible for efficient and accurate processing and reconciliation of invoices, expenses, and supplier accounts.
Main Responsibilities:- Processing invoices, matching, batching, and coding with precision;
- Reconciling supplier vendor statements to ensure accuracy;
- Collaborating with accountants on end-of-month processing and schedules;
- Onboarding new suppliers and maintaining their data in our systems;
- Processing electronic funds transfers and cheques payments efficiently;
- Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role;
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills with intermediate Excel skills;
- Fast and accurate data entry abilities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple deadlines;
- A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations;
- The ability to develop effective working relationships within a team environment.
