Accounts Receivable Specialist

Main Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate records of customer payments and following up on outstanding balances via phone and email;
- Developing strong and lasting connections with customers through effective communication and empathy;
- Issuing invoices for payment and managing the allocation of funds;
- Currency conversions and international invoicing support;
- Negotiating payment plans and providing ad hoc assistance for debt collection and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes;
- A flexible work approach to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment;
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
