About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator with us, you will join our Before and After School Care shifts, working across 25 hours per week. This role offers a great balance of work-life flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children through participation in games & activities, encouraging their curiosity and well-being.
- Join our school holiday program, taking exciting excursions to cinemas, zoos, and more, creating lifelong memories for the children.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to create diverse activities that cater to different interests and abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A genuine passion for working with children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
- The ability to be a team player, with a desire to become a service leader and contribute to the success of our team.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children.
- Australian work rights, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
