Salary and BenefitsWe offer competitive salary packages, up to 25% above the Award rate, making us one of the top employers in the sector. In addition to our attractive salaries, we provide generous annual pay increases, five additional personal leave days, and up to 15 weeks of paid parental leave.
Job DescriptionAs an Early Childhood Educator at KU Lance Children's Centre, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You will deliver a play-based program, promoting learning and development through exploration and discovery. With a specialisation in sustainability and nature education, you will take the children on regular excursions to Barangaroo Headland Park, teaching them about natural environments and 'wild places.'
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. You will be passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have experience working with young children and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
