Axiom, a leading provider of on-demand legal talent, is seeking a skilled Commercial Legal Counsel to join its team. As a Commercial Legal Counsel, you will work closely with corporate clients to provide expert advice on commercial matters, including contract negotiation and drafting.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing commercial legal advice to clients on a wide range of matters, including contract negotiation and drafting.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their commercial needs and providing tailored advice to meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of legal services to clients.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial law, preferably in an in-house environment.
  • Experience working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, and vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements.
  • Experience in risk identification and management, and contract planning.
  • Experience creating contract templates and/or experience managing contract databases highly regarded.
