Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing out-of-hours mental health support to individuals aged 18+ living in Dudley.

The successful candidate will work closely with service users, bank support workers, volunteers, and other teams to deliver a person-centered, holistic approach that focuses on assets, independence, recovery, and social inclusion.

The service operates 365 days a year, Monday - Friday 6pm-11pm, Saturday & Sunday 12noon – 11pm. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of innovative strategies to support our clients.
