\The Role:\
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes.
\You'll need strong project management skills, experience working with global teams, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

\Key Responsibilities:\

- Lead Opportunity Capture & Proposal Development - Coordinate responses to funding opportunities, including task assignments, documentation, partner engagement, and submission.\
- Drive Project Execution - Oversee milestones, deliverables, and reporting for both internally driven and externally funded initiatives.\
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with teams worldwide, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.\
- Financial Planning & Tracking - Partner with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, and expenditure reporting.\
- Risk & Issue Management - Apply PMO best practices to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.\
Requirements:\

- PMO experience in a project or program management role.\
- Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in engineering, research, or technology environments.\
- Experience managing projects in hardware R&D environments.\
- Strong background in responding to grants, proposals, tenders, or other external funding opportunities.\
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.\
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic priorities with operational detail.\
- Experience working with global, multidisciplinary teams.\
