Quantum Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Program Management Coordinator. This role will focus on the capture and execution of external engagements across our global organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate proposal responses, drive milestone execution, and shape the future direction of our cutting-edge quantum technology work.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.
- Work closely with Research, Product, and Sales teams to identify and respond to opportunities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and maintain opportunity tracking and metrics.
- Proposal coordination and execution.
- Milestone management and tracking.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A science-focused degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Direct project coordination experience, particularly in hardware engineering or product development.
- Experience responding to external funding opportunities.
