Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring delivery of stock is efficient and effective.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the DC, ensuring that duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Liase with merchandising team to ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times.
  • Move stock around the DC using a reach truck/forklift safely, including the loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Picking, packing and scanning stock ready for pick-up.
  • Report to Warehouse Supervisor on DC-related activities.
  • General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
  • Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
  • Previous experience or willingness to supervise a small team in either retail, dispatch, warehousing or related environments.
  • Proven ability to provide solutions to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Previous experience within customer service/inventory management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as autonomously.
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
