CoreStaff is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Quality Officer to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of our Safety Management System and Quality Management System to meet client requirements and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and audits to identify hazards and safety risks, and develop corrective and preventative actions.
  • Support the development and implementation of our Safety and Quality Management Systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the Emergency Response Plan is current and effective.
  • Provide statistical analysis and report writing support to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform audits and investigations with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
