Key Job Description

We are seeking a senior professional to join our Business Valuations Team in Melbourne & Sydney.

The team focuses on providing high-quality valuation services for various sectors and purposes, including transactions, tax, financial reporting, insurance, and commercial purposes.

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering complex valuation projects, suggesting robust valuation approaches, and working closely with Managing Directors to develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.

  • Deliver high-quality valuation projects and serve as a key point of contact for client personnel.
  • Suggest and interrogate valuation approaches for businesses and intangible assets.
  • Collaborate with Managing Directors to develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.

You will also have the opportunity to supervise and support the development of junior team members and contribute to building a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture within the firm.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring at least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years of valuation experience at a reputable firm. A CA, CPA, or CFA qualification is also required. Additionally, experience with industry-standard research tools, such as CapitalIQ, and data analytics and visualization software (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) would be an advantage.
