Join Our Banking and Finance Team

We are seeking talented lawyers to join our Banking and Finance practice, which is ranked Band 1 globally. Our team advises on intricate challenges within a commercial context, delivering high success to our clients while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.

The Teams

Our Banking and Finance practice group is comprised of several subgroups, including:

  • Corporate/Asset Finance
  • Project Finance
  • Leveraged Finance

The Roles and Requirements

We are seeking lawyers with a minimum of 5 years post-admission experience for the Asset Finance team. Ideally, you will have experience in a range of finance transactions from a top-tier, national, or international private practice setting.

Project Finance

We are seeking a Solicitor with 2+ years post-admission experience for the Project Finance team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with general banking and finance or project finance from a leading practice.

Leveraged Finance

We are seeking a Solicitor (minimum 2 years experience) up to a mid-level Senior Associate for the Leveraged Finance team. Ideally, you will have leveraged finance experience if you are at SA level, however, we are open to junior candidates with little experience in leveraged finance.

  • A proactive approach along with a commercial mindset
