Join Our Concrete Maintenance Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Maintenance Worker to join our team.

  • Perform general labouring tasks on concrete construction and maintenance projects;
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with staff and the public;
  • Support different crews across the region to ensure consistent service;
  • Conduct maintenance inspections on civil infrastructure;

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in concrete works, particularly in placing, levelling, and finishing various types of concrete to precise specifications. They will also possess strong concrete knowledge and physical capability to perform manual tasks safely.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in a manual role;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment;
  • A current truck licence (minimum Medium Rigid);
  • A Construction Induction Card;
