Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Production Specialist to join our team at our concrete plant in Queensland.

You will be responsible for combining customer service, problem-solving, and hands-on work to ensure efficient production of high-quality concrete products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing batching and scheduling deliveries to meet customer needs
  • Operating plant equipment to maintain optimal production levels
  • Providing excellent phone-based customer service and representing the company
  • Scheduling rostering and truck movements using software
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role and confidence with computers (Command/Jonel batching systems)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers
  • Plant Operator experience (FEL preferred)
  • Proven ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
