About the Opportunity

This role is based in Australia and plays a key part in delivering technical expertise, service excellence, and integrated packaging systems to our customers.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Systems Manager to join our team.

Your Impact

As Packaging Systems Manager, you will take a lead role in developing and delivering machinery-based packaging solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a culture of safety across the machinery services team.
  • Drive the development, delivery, and ongoing improvement of packaging systems.
  • Support the planning and delivery of scheduled and reactive maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to explore and deliver technical solutions.
  • Present cost assessments for key projects.
  • Contribute to shaping and managing a forward-looking service schedule and materials plan.

To be successful in this role we would ideally like you to have:

  • Greater than 3 years of Operations Management experience.
  • Specific market experience of at least 5yrs trading and installing various equipment.
  • Previous Project Management experience from concept to implementation.
  • Fundamental financial and budgetary knowledge.
  • A comprehensive understanding of related business processes.
