Technical Leadership Role

This position involves providing expert guidance and mentorship to a high-performing development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a collaborative environment, fostering growth, and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor developers and provide expert-level guidance on Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Portals.
  • Review completed work and provide constructive feedback that promotes professional development.
  • Strategically allocate user stories and bugs to optimize team effectiveness and prevent technical conflicts.
  • Serve as the technical architect for the project and shape the overall technical direction.
  • Critically review user stories from a technical feasibility perspective and develop detailed technical specifications and tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Developer capacity with a strong track record of mentoring technical teams.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies, specifically Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Portals.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed code reviews and manage a development workflow within an Agile environment.
  • Exceptional skill in translating functional requirements and user stories into detailed technical specifications and tasks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and other project stakeholders.
