Job Opportunity: Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Intake Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering new client intake and maintaining occupancy rates across various funding streams, including Home Care Packages (HCP), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage referrals via multiple channels
  • Accurately and efficiently complete data entry using the Client Database
  • Maintain waitlists and monitor performance targets

About You:

  • Experience with data entry, referral management, portals, and other referral media
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to various client management systems
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong written and oral communication abilities
