Retail Sales Associate Position

Retail sales associates are the backbone of any retail store, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience. Job duties may include:

  • Serving and assisting customers based on their needs
  • Processing sales using POS systems
  • Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as stock inventory and transaction recording

In order to excel in this role, you will need:

  • Right to work in Australia
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Able to troubleshoot and multi-task
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • Experience in Retail and ability to provide references

This part-time position requires a minimum commitment of 12-24 hours per week and can be worked from our store location. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Requirements:

  • Availability to work Wednesday and Thursday as a minimum
