About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving store sales, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and attentive to customer needs
  • Maximize sales through effective customer interactions, product knowledge, and up-selling opportunities
  • Maintain a well-stocked, visually appealing store by replenishing stock efficiently and supporting visual merchandising and layout changes
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, team management, and ensuring excellent customer service
