As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Analysts and Account Managers in supporting our Agribusiness customers with complex financial needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with experience in a leadership or senior analyst role. You will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of Analysts and Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to our Agribusiness customers;
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction;
  3. Collaborating with peers and stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure business needs are met;
  4. Identifying and assessing risk within the business and sharing best practice insights to drive course correction;
  5. Driving a productivity mindset and maintaining a continuous improvement focus to implement practical process improvements across the business;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a senior analyst or Agri banker with a strong risk mindset, developed credit skills, and exceptional execution;
  2. Strong financial services industry experience, including experience within a sales, leadership, and/or risk role;
  3. Extensive knowledge of bank and financial services products and services, and strong commercial acumen;
