As a growing company with customers worldwide, we're looking for an experienced Account Executive/Manager in the APAC region to join our Sales team on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in the field.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and training.
  • Catalyze and expand customer usage of the workspace, communicating its value beyond initial stakeholders.
  • Renew and expand commercial relationships with existing customers.
  • Grow your book of business by converting free and monthly self-serve accounts into annual commitments, and land new business accounts through inside sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM system.
  • Forecast pipeline accurately, including expected close date, projected deal size, and probability.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers on behalf of the company.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction with current products or services to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in account management and product-led sales.
  • Ability to engage and expand their contact base, influence, impact, and revenue.
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal teams to maximize customer expansion opportunities.
  • Savvy problem-solving skills with empathy and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize competing demands while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Desirable: experience collaborating with diverse, geographically-dispersed teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience in account management, customer success, and/or product-led sales.
  • Understanding of the digital communications landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in other major regional languages is a plus).
  • Experience introducing new products to market.
  • Proven track record of closing high-quality deals.
  • Technical aptitude and/or background in technology preferred.
  • Consultative sales style and strong experience selling solutions in a fast-paced environment.
