  • Quote and Policy Management

You will coordinate with underwriters and other stakeholders to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and resolve any policy-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Client Communication and Support

You will respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service and support.

  • Team Collaboration

You will work closely with our team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business growth and success.

Requirements
  • Insurance Industry Experience

You will have experience working in an insurance broking firm, with a strong understanding of Commercial SME and Personal Lines business.

  • Qualifications and Certifications

You will have a basic knowledge of insurance products and services, with a willingness to complete Tier 1 qualification if not already obtained.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Technical Skills

You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
