About the Role

You will support the delivery of key work packages across the NSW project, collaborating with experienced engineers and site supervisors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Participate in site inspections and toolbox meetings
  • Support construction planning and scheduling
  • Manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Coordinate traffic management and council approvals
  • Track project variations and completion artefacts
  • Engage in lessons learnt and innovation workshops

We're looking for:

Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineering Degree or a related discipline
  • 0–1 year of industry experience

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
