Cloud and Infrastructure Technical Architect

This is a challenging opportunity to leverage your expertise in designing and delivering high-quality technical solutions across cloud and infrastructure environments. We're looking for a skilled technical leader who can provide expert guidance and support to our operational teams, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects and meeting customer objectives.

The role involves developing and reviewing technical designs, bills of materials, and proposals, as well as providing technical advice and maintaining architectural integrity across ICT environments. You'll work closely with internal teams to coordinate inputs and ensure end-to-end solution delivery, and support operational teams with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

  • Develop and review customer technical designs, bills of materials, and proposals.
  • Provide technical advice and maintain architectural integrity across ICT environments.
  • Lead solution design for operational requirements and major project change requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inputs and ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Support operational teams with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong technical knowledge across cloud, data networks, security, and infrastructure, as well as proven ability to design and deliver complex ICT solutions in managed environments. You'll also need excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
