Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our team in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead, coach, mentor, develop & inspire a team of individuals empowering them to achieve their best results through collaborative leadership
  • To orchestrate day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store is always on point, welcoming, and bursting with positive energy and a culture of excellence
  • To resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, leaving customers with a lasting smile and a sense of satisfaction
  • To assist with onboarding new team members by providing them with the tools & knowledge they need to surprise & delight our customers through personalized service and attention to detail

  • To be well-versed in the retail environment and carry innovative practices in your bag of tricks to stay ahead of the curve
  • To have mastered the art form of customer service and delivery of an exceptional customer experience
