Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store to drive sales, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
  • Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service and drive quality, profitable sales according to an established budget.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer queries and ensure visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard.
  • Monitor and assist with web orders that come through to store, including picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety.
