About the Role
As an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor, you will be responsible for undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
You will apply your knowledge of motor vehicles while interacting with a range of people, including clients and work providers. Your primary purpose will be to provide accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles, meeting average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
- Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
- Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
- Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
- Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
- Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
- Assisting with production management of the centre where required
- Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
- Handing over completed repairs to customers
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry. AudaNet experience is highly desirable.
Additionally, you should possess excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities are also essential.
