About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Loss Adjuster. The role involves using your expertise to resolve insurance claims, examining reported losses to establish cause, liability, and quantum, with the customer at the center of your work.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Carrying out onsite and digital assessments of properties on behalf of insurance companies
  • Determining the extent and cause of loss through effective investigation methods
  • Assessing whether the loss falls within the terms and conditions of the policy

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in loss adjusting, particularly in Strata claims, who has a good understanding of the complete claims management lifecycle. It would be beneficial if you have the ability to build and maintain key client relationships and hold a Diploma in Loss Adjusting or equivalent.
