The successful candidate will lead the operation, governance and growth of the college as a progressive educational institution. To achieve this, they must drive ongoing success through partnerships, marketing, increasing student numbers and promoting the college.

About You:
  • You will have a high-level understanding of agriculture, education and training.
  • You should be passionate about creating a high-performing team and culture.
  • You must possess strong business acumen and commercially astute abilities.
  • You will work collaboratively alongside the Leadership Team and broader teams.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • You are expected to develop and maintain organisational culture.
  • You will lead and manage a high-performing team effectively.
  • You should drive innovation and new technologies in agriculture.
  • You are responsible for marketing and business development.
  • You will build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • You must prepare budgets and meet financial reporting requirements.
  • You will influence the community, industry, government and peers through various mediums.

Requirements:

  • You require relevant qualifications in education, business or agriculture.
  • You should have a minimum of 5 years management experience.
  • You must hold a current driver's license.
