Senior Beauty Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive sales and client satisfaction in our fast-paced retail environment.

  • You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team to deliver exceptional results and client experiences.
  • As a driver of results, you'll be responsible for exceeding KPIs and consistently raising the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling culture leadership to exceed KPIs.
  • Team coaching and development.
  • Reporting data interpretation and operational decision-making.
  • Effective communication and feedback with the team.
  • Client and cast member point of contact during MIC rotations.
