Tax Training Leadership Position

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our collaborative and diverse tax team. The successful candidate will oversee the development and delivery of technical training to enhance the skills of our tax professionals nationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leaders across tax service lines, Learning and Development, and subject matter experts to coordinate timely and relevant training programs.
- Manage national technical training schedules to ensure training is delivered efficiently and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Curate and manage a knowledge library to provide easy access to contemporary training tools by tax team members.
- A qualified chartered accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (over 5 years postgraduate experience), including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
- Experience in managing a holistic technical development program.
The ideal candidate will be based from one of our major cities, with some interstate travel required.
The role offers a chance to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth and success of our tax business. It requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to deliver high-quality training outcomes.
