Tax Training Director

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our tax technical training initiatives. This unique opportunity is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in tax and training management.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver comprehensive tax training programs that cater to diverse needs and skill levels.
- Identify, create, and disseminate timely and relevant tax thought leadership materials to internal and external audiences, ensuring maximum impact and relevance.
- Oversee the national technical training schedule, manage budgets, and provide regular updates on expense tracking to ensure seamless delivery and receipt of training.
- Maintain a dynamic knowledge library, facilitating easy access to contemporary training tools for tax professionals.
- Lead cross-functional training projects as required, preparing ad-hoc reports and status updates to inform strategic decision-making.
- A qualified chartered accountant with substantial client-facing tax experience (more than 5 years postgraduate experience), including a working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
- Proven expertise in managing holistic technical development programs or demonstrated interest in this area.
- Ability to critically analyze technical materials and conduct gap analyses to align with technical competencies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison with key stakeholders on training needs.
