Job Title: Gaming Host

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Gaming Host to join our team. As a Gaming Host, you will be responsible for welcoming members and guests into the gaming area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes our patrons feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patrons, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deliver a range of drinks to our patrons, including barista-made coffee, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot gaming machines and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Monitor the gaming area to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
About You

We are looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. You should also have a strong understanding of responsible gambling legislation and be able to provide guidance and support to our patrons as needed.
