About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing team and drive the development of our all-in-one business management platform.

As a key member of our Platform team, you will be responsible for managing the engineering team, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and aligning technical vision with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading agile development teams and mentoring engineers to deliver successful projects
  • Deploying cloud-based solutions on GCP and/or Amazon Web Services, leveraging industry practices for scalability, resilience, and recovery
  • Setting up self-serve user-centric platforms by engaging with customers and understanding their needs
  • Developing and implementing good software engineering practices

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Well-developed leadership skills and previous experience mentoring and motivating
  • Extensive experience deploying cloud-based solutions and setting up self-serve user-centric platforms
  • Leadership and development of highly skilled agile development teams
  • Deep knowledge and advocacy for good software engineering practices
