City Activation Leader
The role involves strategic development and operational management of City Central, ensuring concierge and front-line support services.
This will involve leading the delivery of the strategic direction of the precinct activation in close collaboration with senior stakeholders. Additionally, designing and delivering an annual engagement plan, measuring and evaluating its impact for stakeholders, industry engagement, and community relations, and overseeing student and education support services on campus.
About the Role- Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the administration support team
- Demonstrate extensive management expertise and relevant experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through a combination of education, training and/or experience in a relevant discipline
- Lead the design and delivery of an annual engagement plan to foster collaboration and support precinct activation and engagement goals
- Key Deliverables:
- Measure and evaluate the impact of activation and engagement initiatives for stakeholders, industry engagement, and community relations
- Cultivate and manage key partnerships with high-level stakeholders, including senior University officials, industry executives, and community leaders, to secure resources and support for precinct activation initiatives
