We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new, premium clinic in Burnside.

About the Role

This role is not your typical front desk position. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the face of our clinic, a trusted advisor and treatment guide. You will support patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives: achieving the smile they've always dreamed of.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Conversions: Use your sales acumen to guide patients toward the right treatment with confidence.
  • Consult with Impact: Lead tailored, empathetic consultations that build trust and inspire action.
  • Manage the Journey: Oversee patient scheduling, treatment planning, and follow-up touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with clinicians and admin teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Deliver WOW Experiences: Create lasting impressions with every patient interaction.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years in high-touch environments such as cosmetic clinics, private healthcare, luxury retail, or wellness.
  • Exceptional Communication: Able to make complex information simple, relatable, and actionable.
  • Customer-Obsessed: Warm, empathetic, and committed to delivering unforgettable service.
  • Results-Focused: Skilled at meeting targets and building long-term relationships.
  • Organised & Agile: Strong pipeline management and adaptability in a dynamic clinic environment.
