Job Description

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Case management and assessment of clients with various conditions;
  • Collaboration with employers and employees to develop return-to-work strategies;
  • Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Working with clients to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes;
  • Completing assessments and reviews to support treatment plans and address psychosocial barriers to employment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling;
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with ASORC or RCAA as a Rehabilitation Counsellor;
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy;
  • Well-developed time management skills;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
