Job Description:

The Chief Financial Operations Lead will oversee the month-end close process for all entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial statement and report preparation.

This role involves driving efficiencies and continuous improvement across accounting functions by leveraging technology and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in senior finance or accounting roles, with expertise in group accounting and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize the month-end close process for all entities
  • Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement across accounting functions
  • Oversee Accounts Payable operations, ensuring efficient processing and timely payments
  • Influence key stakeholders on accounting policies and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of general ledger accounts and financial data
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Significant experience (15+ years) in senior finance or accounting roles
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to be involved as an active member of the team
  • Appropriate qualification, for example, Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent
